BusySales works by identifying relevant business opportunities based on the targeting you set, such as industry and location. The system then initiates outreach using your connected email account and presents recipients with structured response options such as requesting a quotation, arranging a meeting, making an enquiry, exploring partnerships, or unsubscribing.

Users do not directly access or download contact lists. Instead, outreach is managed through the platform to ensure consistency, control, and proper handling of responses.

All emails sent through BusySales are sent using your own connected email account. Campaigns are initiated based on your setup and preferences. Each outreach includes response options and an unsubscribe function to ensure recipients can respond or opt out easily.

BusySales facilitates the outreach process, but it does not independently send emails without your configuration and intent. You remain in control of the campaigns you create.

You may use BusySales to promote your products or services, generate enquiries, arrange meetings, and explore partnerships with relevant businesses. The platform is intended to support targeted and meaningful engagement.

You must not use BusySales for spam, abuse, or irrelevant outreach. Campaigns should not be misleading, deceptive, or designed to harass recipients. You should not attempt to bypass unsubscribe functionality or misuse the system in any way that violates laws or regulations.

BusySales uses a combination of publicly available business information and system-generated matching based on your campaign inputs. The platform does not provide downloadable contact databases, does not sell personal data, and does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of third-party data.

As a user, you are responsible for the campaigns you create, the content you send, and ensuring your outreach complies with applicable laws such as PDPA or similar regulations. While BusySales automates parts of the process, responsibility for usage remains with you.

To maintain a safe and trusted platform, BusySales may apply sending limits, enforce unsubscribe handling, monitor usage patterns, and restrict or suspend accounts that demonstrate abusive or non-compliant behaviour.
