The system then initiates outreach using your connected email account and presents recipients with structured response options such as requesting a quotation, arranging a meeting, making an enquiry, exploring partnerships, or unsubscribing.

Users do not directly access or download contact lists. Instead, outreach is managed through the platform to ensure consistency, control, and proper handling of responses.

All emails sent through BusySales are sent using your own connected email account. Campaigns are initiated based on your setup and preferences. Each outreach includes response options and an unsubscribe function to ensure recipients can respond or opt out easily.

BusySales facilitates the outreach process, but it does not independently send emails without your configuration and intent. You remain in control of the campaigns you create.

You may use BusySales to promote your products or services, generate enquiries, arrange meetings, and explore partnerships with relevant businesses. The platform is intended to support targeted and meaningful engagement.

    1. User Responsibilities

Users must not:

      • Misuse, hack, or attempt
        unauthorized
        access to the Platform
      • Transmit malware, viruses, or
        harmful
        code
      • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited
        communications
      • Upload or distribute offensive,
        illegal, or unlawful content
      • Violate any applicable law,
        regulation,
        or third-party rights

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without
notice.

  1. Content Ownership & Moderation
    1. We reserve the right to monitor,
      review, edit, remove, or block any content at our discretion.
    2. busysales.ai may suspend or
      terminate
      accounts for violation of these T&C.
    3. We are not responsible for Content
      created, uploaded, or transmitted by Users or third parties.
  1. Data Privacy & PDPA Compliance
    1. We comply with the Singapore
      Personal
      Data Protection Act (PDPA).
    2. Users acknowledge that:
      • Full recipient data may
        only be
        disclosed if recipients respond or consent
      • Users are responsible for
        their
        own PDPA compliance and are encouraged to appoint a DPO
    3. Collected data is used strictly for
      Platform operations.
    4. We do not sell or trade personal
      data.
  1. No Legal Action & Indemnification
    1. Users waive any right to initiate
      legal
      action or claims against busysales.ai, its owners, officers, affiliates, or employees, arising from or
      related to the Platform.
    2. If a User attempts or initiates
      legal
      action despite this waiver, the User agrees to:
      • Pay all legal costs
        incurred by
        busysales.ai, including attorney fees
      • Compensate busysales.ai
        for
        all losses, damages, or expenses, including any consequential costs arising from such
        action
    3. Users agree to indemnify, defend,
      and
      hold harmless busysales.ai against any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from User actions or
      violations of these T&C.
  1. Intellectual Property
    1. All software, logos, designs,
      trademarks, and content on the Platform are the exclusive property of busysales.ai or its
      licensors.
    2. Users may not copy, reproduce,
      distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
  1. Third-Party Integrations
    1. The Platform may include links or
      integrations with third-party tools.
    2. We are not responsible for any
      third-party actions, policies, or content.
    3. Users must comply with all
      third-party
      terms and bear all associated risks.
  1. Termination & Suspension
    1. busysales.ai may terminate or
      suspend
      User access at any time, with or without notice.
    2. Obligations regarding no liability,
      indemnity, intellectual property, and content moderation survive termination.
  1. Governing Law & Arbitration
    1. These T&C are governed by
      Singapore
      law.
    2. Any disputes will be resolved
      exclusively through arbitration under Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules, in
      Singapore.
    3. Users waive any right to class
      action
      or collective claims.
    1. Acknowledgment

By using the Platform, you confirm that you:

    1. Understand and accept that
      busysales.ai has no liability.
    2. Agree to waive legal action and
      bear
      all costs if you attempt to challenge these terms.
    3. Agree to comply with all terms,
      prohibitions, and PDPA compliance requirements.
    4. Will check this page regularly for
      updates, as busysales.ai reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
